On December 7, 2007, CompUSA announced it was closing. Certain CompUSA stores, the CompUSA trademarks, and the CompUSA web site were purchased by TigerDirect in early 2008. The new CompUSA/TigerDirect is not affiliated with the old CompUSA company that closed its remaining stores in February / March 2008. As a result, the new CompUSA/TigerDirect will not be able to assist with any issues related to purchases or warranty for the time period before March 2008.

Product Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

The holiday return policy was extended until January 7, 2008, and no returns are allowed after that date. All sales after this date were final.
